Chad

In cryptocurrency, "Chad" is a slang term used to describe a confident, fearless, and successful trader or investor. A "Chad" is someone who:

  • Buys and holds (HODLs) without fear.
  • Buys dips and sells at the top like a pro.
  • Doesn't panic sell during market crashes.
  • Takes high-risk, high-reward trades and wins.
  • Often supports memecoins and low-cap gems early.

For example, you might see phrases like "Only Chads are buying this dip" or "That guy made 100x on a memecoin, total Chad move."

It's the opposite of a "Beta" or "Normie," who is afraid to take risks and follows the crowd.
